I recently wrapped up consulting part-time for several years for a Pittsburgh company (3/2022). First, I successfully coached a software development team bringing their first product to market with agile methodologies and acted as project manager. Second, I did a variety of executive consulting tasks, such as rolling out nationwide sales tax compliance via Avalara integration and trouble shooting individual state tax relationships. Third, filed a trademark and taking it to Notice of Allowance. Also implemented various internal processes, such as finalizing an open PTO policy. As is often the case, that gig ended when the company was acquired.I am looking for consulting or part work in any of these areas: project manager, product manager, executive projects, and technical sales. Open to contracting and travel.I best fit into roles when an organization has trouble finding the right person. I'm the easiest fit in project management, product creation, cross-functional leadership, and technical roles. Great products always need the voice of the customer. Customer research and expert judgement need to balance each other. Appropriate product risk is often tied to budget. PGH Batteries is a virtual business that I continue to operate.Contact: 412-580-8575
