As VP, Logistics and Fleet Management, lead a team that oversaw $200 million of capital spend and maintenance of the 20,000 collection vehicles and hundreds of pieces of heavy equipment used to provide waste management and environmental services in the US and abroad.Developed the role of Waste Management’s VP, Business Improvement, and created the concept of “bundling” the company’s key initiatives into one strategic initiative, targeted to favorably impact earnings in excess of $300 million annually. Spent time as VP and Controller of Waste Management of North America responsible for the reporting and analysis for all of the North American entities. Prior to that was VP and Controller of a $700 million operating region; and Director of Finance for Waste Management International living in London, England and Stockholm, Sweden.
