Commanded a 35 person jointly-staffed, geographically detached military entrance processing station. Executed qualification standards and aptitude testing for over 5,000 annual accessions from within the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Collaborated with stations across the nation to develop, implement, evaluate and execute Department of Defense accession policies, procedures and regulations. Principal steward of the command’s resources consisting of three sections and an annual budget in excess of $2 million. Marketed, coordinated and administered the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery program to 22,600 applicants/students at 9 remote sites and 357 educational institutions. Responsible for training, logistics, administration, budget administration, discipline, morale, welfare and professional development of all personnel. Synchronized command mission execution with the five service recruiting commands and numerous federal and state agencies.
