Accomplishments and experience include:Managing the transition of the publications from a traditional print-centric model to a blend of print and digital content. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the print publication for more than two decades, I have launched several revenue-producing e-mail newsletters and am currently developing a new generation of digital sales forecast data for the electrical market.Producing and presenting podcasts, webinars and seminars on electrical industry trends for hundreds of industry executives. Launching the Product of the Year and Top 50 Electrical Contractors listing for CEE News magazine while chief editor of that publication from 1999-2002 (in addition to remaining chief editor of Electrical Wholesaling). CEE News was folded into Electrical Construction & Maintenance (EC&M) magazine in 2002 and since that time the Product of the Year competition has produced tens of thousands of dollars in revenue.Hiring new staff for the publications when the editorial operations of Electrical Wholesaling and Electrical Marketing relocated from New York, N.Y. to Overland Park, Kan., after their sale by McGraw-Hill Inc. to Kansas-based Intertec Publishing Corp. in 1989.
