About Jim Macqueen

I am internationally recognized as an expert in Organizational Culture. My book, “The Flow of Organizational Culture” (Palgrave MacMillan, 2020) was recently translated into Farsi. I am also a guest lecturer in organizational culture at Global Synergy University. (GLC is based in China and California.) I have worked on five continents in over a dozen countries. Recently, I had the very good luck of working with people in Yup’ik village communities in western Alaska. Over the years, I’ve been able to serve many major high-tech corporations. I've also worked for financial institutions, and manufacturers. as well as large and small not-for-profits and individual communities. That client list includes Hewlett-Packard, AMEX, and Caterpillar. Also, I've worked with educational institutions and government agencies at every level. These include Stanford University, Virginia Tech, and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab (California Institute of Technology).As a public speaker, I have presented at venues both large and small. These include Oxford and Chicago Universities. I have given talks for local, national, and international meetings and conferences. These include The Organization Development Network, the Academy of Management, ATD, SHRM, and many Chambers of Commerce.
