Office Manager
Current Staff Management: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and supervising employees; identifying best fits and roles for all new hires based on employee skillsets; conducting annual performance reviews and providing feedback. Managing Daily Operations: developing and implementing strategies to optimize productivity;streamlining workflow processes and delegating employee roles; ordering and managinginventory of office supplies. Accounting/Financial Management: overseeing all aspects of billing, coding, and insurance claimssubmission for accurate processing; monitoring and reconciling accounts receivable; coordinatingcollections efforts. Client/Patient Relations: providing excellent customer service and client/patient satisfaction;resolving all client and patient concerns pertaining to billing issues; implementing strategies toimprove client satisfaction; communicating effectively and concisely with clients aboutconvoluted billing processes and payment discrepancies. Quality Assurance: implementing measures to ensure accuracy and efficiency inadministrative processes; identifying areas of improvement and developing/implementingstrategies to enhance overall office performance. Regulatory Compliance: ensuring compliance with HIPAA and similar healthcare laws; keeping upto date with regulatory changes and implementing adjustments. Human Resources: addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely andeffective manner; mediating disputes and fostering a positive work environment; conductinginvestigations into employee complaints or misconduct as needed.
