 Insurance Eligibility Verifications: confirming active coverage and benefits; notifying clients of anychanges in coverage/benefits. Denied Claims Appeals: contacting insurance companies to dispute wrongfully denied claims;pursuing appealed claims until favorable resolution on behalf of clients. Payment Reconciliation: manually posting/reconciling insurance payments to clients’ individualpatient accounts; verifying correct amounts paid and investigating/appealing incorrectly paid ordenied claims.
