Dataminr discovers high-impact events and critical breaking information for clients across industries long before it's in the news.I was recruited and served as the in-house subject matter expert - or "persona" - to aid in development and Alpha launch of top AI company's Reputational Risk real-time alerting product.In this role: -- Provided cross-functional partners with expertise on how teams within large corporate enterprises manage and respond to brand and repetitional risks-- Created go-to-market plans, internal- and external-facing presentations and assets; defined personas, buying centers and use cases-- Presented to teams across the organization as well as leadership on how corporate communications teams (e.g. crisis communications, media relations, social media, government affairs) and other brand risk defenders (e.g. trust and safety, platform integrity, human resources, etc.) use real-time alerting to become aware and take action on issues and threats to matrixed and global organizations-- Collaborated with internal business partners including sales, customer success, product management, account management and content teams to develop strategy and gather intelligence from customers on needs and product feedback to help inform our marketing activitiesDataminr is recognized as one of the world's leading AI businesses.
