    August 2023 - March 2024 - Interim Accounting Staff - A regional medical provider with several clinics, hospitals, and health centers in Pennsylvania and New York required an interim staff accountant/analyst for a short-term (7 months) assignment working entirely remotely. Working with Oracle ERP and Epic EMR.January 2023 - July 2023- Interim Assistant Controller - Private college in Finger Lakes area. I was asked to fill a transitional role in College's finance department while they searched for a permanent replacement. That role has been filled and I will stay on to help with the transition through July 2023.February - September 2022 - . Interim Hospital Controller.An upstate New York Hospital/Health Center had an immediate need for an Interim Controller while they conducted a search for a permanent replacement. The hospital had recently converted their financial accounting systems to WorkDay and their electronic medical records systems to EPIC.June - December 2021 - Interim Vice President of Finance. A Syracuse based software provider with $60MM in annual revenues needed someone to step in quickly and assist them through a staff transition period. In addition to maintaining the Finance Department throughout the process, I recruited and they hired, a permanent head of Finance and two Finance staff positions.April - June 2021 - I was asked to assist the staff in providing a 2022 Budget for a NYC based Women's Health Care Clinic as they transition a new senior management group. Approximately an $80MM Budget due July 1.January - April 2021- A Syracuse based software provider needed assistance in catching up on several years of Sales Tax filings in accordance with agreements reached with numerous states. My role was to compile historical sales data and prepare detailed sales tax filings by state and county. In addition I was tasked to reconcile 5 years of deferred revenue maintenance contracts - approximately 6,000 individual contracts.

I was a member of the senior leadership team and I was responsible for the Company’s cash management & cash forecasting activities, treasury operations, bank relations, and the Accounts’ Receivable and Accounts’ Payable , Credit, Product Pricing, and Payroll Departments, as well as all Property/Casualty and Workmen’s Compensation insurance plans for five US manufacturing facilities and the Company’s International operations. I was a Managing Director of Marietta International GmbH and a Member of the Benefit Plan Committee. I had five direct reports. CASH/WORKING CAPITAL  Reduced overdue Receivables from $7.5 million to $1.5 million in twelve months; currently $0.5 million, 2% of AR. Reduced DSO from 54 to 29 days, freeing up $6 million in working capital. Negotiated extended terms with key suppliers. DPO 51 days. Working capital up $5 million. Implemented real time detail cash flow reporting and forecasting to provide executives and the board with critical forward looking cash requirements and opportunities.
