Finding, partnering, and managing Vixxo’s network of quality service providers that share and meet our high performance standards is central to Vixxo’s ability to deliver on our value proposition. I am responsible for leading our service provider relationships and for managing the network of over 150,000 technicians across all lines of trade that keep our customer’s equipment operational. We work together to with your team and our service provider technicians to find the right local service provider with the technical expertise to serve each of your locations. We monitor millions of service calls each year and benchmark going rates across various industries to ensure the work is performed correctly at the right price. I lead all aspects of our technology strategy, guiding the evolution of our next generation platform to propel strong growth and shape the future of the facilities management industry.
