Oversaw employee and consulting teams.In 2006, promoted to "IT Manager, Retail ERP" to revive Netherlands store’s business intelligence, financial management capabilities and overall performance by implementing Microsoft Dynamics.In 2004, promoted to " IT Project Manager, Web Architect" to transform dealer portal architecture. Conceived project vision, negotiated contracts, crafted service-oriented design and directed technology teams through this multimillion-dollar implementation. Managed association’s internal / external multimedia programs for Life Insurance Agents statewide. Devised strategic goals and established business relationships with association personnel to ensure communications readiness to support long-term business strategies.
