The S7 devices are initially finding applications in consumer cables supporting HDMI, USB and DisplayPort while enabling virtual reality head mounted displays with long, thin and light weight cables.

Global responsibility for managing the TE interface to industry standards affecting the Consumer Business Unit. Also new business development including connectors and high speed cables.

Manage development and implementation of Cinch’s entrance into the high speed data center cable markets for InfiniBand, Fibre Channel, SAS, 40/100G Ethernet, and roadmap planning.

Manage group of senior technologists covering new product development in all divisions of the global Molex business. Coordinate technology developments with the Advanced Development Group across multiple divisions globally to assure synergy among divisions. Global coordination of Molex activites in industry standards organizations.

Responsibilities included identification, conception, justification and launch of new products using market inputs gained through direct interface with customers, sales engineers, and standards organizations as well as from attendance at trade shows and technical seminars.Justified programs and directed teams in development of successful new products for servers and PCs.

Managed SIMM (single in-line memory module) connectors, a $40 million global product line tooled in US, Ireland, Japan, Taiwan and Singapore for product breadth, features and benefits, pricing, capacity, quality issues. Concepted and managed development of industry's first low cost DIMM connector gaining more than $30 million annual revenue for Molex.

Product Manger for various product groups including I/O connectors and associated wire termination equipment, SIMM (Single In-line Memory Module) and DIMM (Dual In-line Memory Module) connectors.

Responsible for all aspects of a variety of products including modular jacks, IDC Ribbon cable connectors, disk drive power connector and new backplane connector.

Identify new products and new markets. Conceptualize product and justify market entry.

Dual role to direct activities of 4 account managers to grow sales at global key account locations while managing development programs at IBM high-end systems and disk drive groups.

Managed all aspects of product line including customer interface, securing new programs, tooling new products, product qualification, quality, pricing and P&L.Design Engineer I/O and Edge
