HedgeMark’s dedicated hedge fund managed account services and proprietary risk analytics were aimed towards large institutional investors seeking increased customization, transparency, control and governance around their hedge fund investments.Jim’s work to secure strategic partnerships with some of the largest and most meaningful hedge fund allocators globally, directly led to a substantially increased valuation of the enterprise prior to sale to BNY Mellon in May 2014. HedgeMark grew over time to become the largest managed account services provider globally, with over $60B in managed assets at the time of their acquisition by Innocap in Aug 2022.
