Jim has accumulated a broad base in the planning, development, management and completion of projects. He brings to his projects a basic commitment to quality assurance and cost control and this is augmented by forward thinking, early identification of road-blocks, problem resolution and co-ordination of the input and interests of local authorities and semi-state bodies such as IDA, CIE (Iarnrod Eireann), Dublin Airport Authority and Waterways Ireland. He is a key member of the company in developing new projects and brings a unique level of innovation, in addition to his experience, to the company’s projects. He has an extensive knowledge of the Telecoms Industry and Telecoms Infrastructure throughout Ireland and the UK.
