In 2016, CBC Alliance merged with CBC Advisors to form the largest Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise in the world. As Managing Principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors Miami, McCoy was responsible for the launch and development of the flagship brokerage office, including financial lending and property management services. Located in the heart of Miami’s Brickell Financial District, CBC Advisors serviced the commercial real estate needs of private investors and owners of mid-sized companies.

• Served two terms (2003-2007 and 2011-2015) on village council of 10,400 resident community with oversight of village’s $21 million annual budget. • Chaired five-member city council responsible for enacting laws, municipal policies, union negotiations, and oversight of community boards. • Provided leadership for initiatives yielding the creation of a 550 student, Doctor’s Charter School of Miami Shores; decade-long revitalization effort of the community’s downtown; development of a state-of-the-art Aquatic Center and new 51,000 square foot Publix. • Served as trustee member for the Miami-Dade League of Cities, and chaired committee negotiating the interests of Miami-Dade municipalities in $2.9 billion Miami-Dade County General Obligation Bond.
