* Advise the Entergy Operating Companies and business units on matters governed by the Federal Power Act (“FPA”) and Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act (“PURPA”), with a focus on transmission planning, generator interconnection procedures and agreements, cost allocation, cost-of-service ratemaking, wholesale market design, commercial arrangements, and PURPA power purchase agreements* Draft regulatory pleadings, including tariff amendments, protests, comments, answers, and motions, among others, for submission to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) and Department of Energy* Represent the Entergy Operating Companies and business units in trial-type evidentiary hearings and settlement judge procedures at FERC* Lead information exchange and challenge procedures in formula rate protocols implementation and discovery efforts in hearing and settlement judge procedures* Collaborate with outside counsel on FERC administrative litigation and appellate matters

* Office of the General Counsel, Energy Markets (“OGC-EM”)* Member of the OGC-EM Interconnection Working Group* Drafted Commission orders and memoranda relating to electric transmission rates and incentives, wholesale energy and capacity market design, interconnection policies, transmission planning, federal-state jurisdictional issues, and electric reliability, with a focus on these issues in the Western Interconnection and Mid-Atlantic region
