I have been successfully helping buyers and sellers since 2003. As a member of the local REALTOR board-the Williamsburg Area Association of REALTORS and Multiple Listing Service, I extend my knowledge, experience, and time not only to clients and customers, but my fellow REALTORS. I Started doing photography,virtual tours and interactive market in 2007 as a result of not being satisfied I was getting my money's worth with existing providers. I joined Circlepix Virtual Tours as a professional photographer covering Williamsburg and the surrounding areas. I started Property and Imaging Solutions in 2009 to offer agents advanced marketing materials and additional marketing services. Now in 2023 I went out on my own to offer offering ALL service options to clients in order to truly save them money. It’s easy for an agent to promise you “more money or the highest price for your home. I can’t control what someone will pay for your home but I can control what it costs to sell it, and I am one of a very few agent willing to charge you less, and still get top dollar. That’s how to put more money in your pocket!Real estate is definately my full time "gig" juggling several buyers, and usually 5-10 listings at any given time. Am I busy? You bet, but I don't feel like I've worked a day in the last 11 years!
