Developed employment opportunities for participants in the San Diego County Welfare to Work program. Conducted meetings with potential employers to provide information about the program. Worked as the liaison between the employers and the participants. Performed cold calls in person to potential employers to try and build the Employer pool to offer to the participants. Compiled weekly reports on the number of employers available and the number of participants that have actually been hired. Conduct onsite recruitment's for potential employers to come onsite to our facility and do onsite interviews. Facilitated job readiness training's to participants who lacked the skills to obtain and maintain employment.
