Duties included but limited to: Conference Site Coordinator-Responsible for preparation and follow through for assigned conferences (i.e. working with conference contact to get housing information, transferring the housing information into our housebook format in Excel and getting that information to the appropriate desk, ensure that cards are completed for check-in, folders are in the rooms, rooms are prepped and linens are ready, and all arrangements are finalized, etc.)-Responsible for preparation and follow through for assigned conferences - Run weekly organized staff meetings to prepare the conference staff for incoming conferences. Work with staff to maintain desk operations. Crisis management - Handle unforeseen situations and issues that arise during the conference. Conference Marketing and Promotion - Prepare and distribute information/packets for OSAE, Ohio Society of Association Executives, and tradeshows to market conference services. -Prepare information for summer conference web page to advertise conference/events during the summer. -Assist clients with promoting information about hosting events in Bowling Green and provide office coverage during the summer.
