Responsible for execution the Mobile Billing testing. Responsible for the BAT testing for new eir Next Generation Network Management System in eir's Network Operation Centre for their Fixed and Mobile networks. Managed the transition with all stakeholders for this new solution with zero downtime to support operation team while training all staffs.

Overall responsibility for all test and quality assurance on the launch of eir's eVision programme to the market. Managed the integration of the new CRM system (BearingPoint) with eVision as part of the simultaneous releases to the market. Managed new eVision Features releases as part of the eVision BAU process.

Owner of EMEA Solution Interoperability Lab testing of Avaya Telecoms Enterprise solutions with 3rd Party Products. Managed the testing of Avaya products with 3rd Party Companies for EMEA under DevConnect programme. Managed 3rd Party SIP Trunk testing with European SIP Service Providers. Created and managed a team of up to 24 resources between the US and Ireland.

Global Avaya Conference Test Manager responsible for the full suite of Conference products. Ownership of global Conferencing R&D lab; consisting of 40 server racks, managed the deployment of Conferencing Major, Minor and Patch releases to the market over 4 years. Defined and specified new lab for two new location moves, consisting of lab layout design, power, air con, IT comms, remote access and access control requirements.

Design and built Proof Of Concept for AutomaticTest Equipment (ATE) for Airbus TCAS and Mode-S Avionics Line Replaced Unit (LRU). Design, built and implement traffic car parking system for multi-store carparks for DAA at Dublin Airport.
