• Managed and developed consulting practices, skills, and project frameworks for VMARK's data warehousing initiative.
• Served as project manager on large-scale implementation projects for Oxford Health Plans and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Maryland.
• Served as lead technical consultant for VMARK's middleware product, HyperSTAR. This role included development in a variety of PC application interfaces such as Visual C++, Visual Basic 4.0, MS Access, Excel, Lotus.
• Conducted formal classroom education on the HyperSTAR middleware product.

• Served as project/team leader on a three-tier client-server sales and marketing tool kit application.
• Technical Programmer for Windows applications using Microsoft Visual C++ as well as C server functions in a UNIX environment in support of Intel PC and Macintosh applications.
• Served as lead systems engineer for the development of the bill generation and bill distribution subsystems utilizing mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
• Served as lead programmer in design and implementation of a CICS on-line system to track and assign corporate calling cards.
• Participated and graduated from the EDS Systems Engineer Development program.
