Jim Morrow is a Partner at Morrow & Associates focusing his work in the industrial, office, life-science and multi-family real estate sectors. Since 2006, Jim has completed hundreds of searches across the country with many of the nation’s top real estate firms. His extensive track record with mid and senior level assignments is founded on his depth of market knowledge, a large network of industry professionals, a family history of 45+ years of recruiting in the real estate industry, and a very direct and personal approach to recruiting. Prior to joining Morrow & Associates, Jim spent five years with Barone, Murtha, Shonberg & White, a commercial real estate appraisal firm in Pittsburgh, PA. Jim is a licensed General Appraiser and has completed hundreds of appraisals for office, industrial, retail, multi-family and special use properties. Jim graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate. He resides in Irwin with his wife and their four children.
