Work with group to develop requirements for new or improved site functionality, layout, design, etc. Coordinate new projects through the development process from conception to launch by working closely with cross-functional support teams including design, development, QA, and other areas as needed. Ensure projects are delivered on time, successfully meet objectives, and are measured appropriately.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management including; production and resource planning, executing briefings, status meetings, and communication. Acted as central point of contact for all client concerns and issues.

• Managed all deliverables from global, third party software/hardware partner teams, vendors and installers, developing client/business requirements, technical requirements, test plans, and product documentation. These site enhancements included: Verity search, Celebros search, Coremetrics, Bazaarvoice, Scene7 Image Management, Tealeaf, Fry, and DecisionStep.• Coordinated strategic architecture development and promotion to multiple development teams.

· Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle including: defining the product vision, working closely with designers, building strong vendor partnerships, sourcing, and creative problem solving.
