As President and CEO for Crossroads Music Management, my role is to manage the day to day operations for the firm as well as strategically plan and implement initiatives for growth of the organization.I am hands on with the artists on our roster. I work with our artists to create, develop and grow their careers inside and outside of the music industry.I am hands on with branding of our artists and to oversee the development of their brand.
