In my role as Team Leader, I look for businesses and individuals who seek this type of personalized service and experience. We focus on traditional banking and don’t get distracted by trying to sell insurance, annuities, securities, etc., leaving those to the experts in their respective fields. It is this model that has enabled us to become a $4+ Billion bank in the first twenty five years without the disruption of mergers and acquisitions. Personally, I service a $100MM portfolio while prospecting for new relationships as well.

Responsible for strategic planning and day to day operations of Kiawah Island, a 10,000 acre resort community near Charleston, South Carolina. With more than 100 employees, the Kiawah Island Community Association is responsible for the island's infrastructure and support services including security, land and lakes management, recreation, lifestyle programming, and administration. In 2018, Bailey led a $5 Million renovation of Kiawah’s Sandcastle, a 13,000 square foot beach front clubhouse that includes two pools, a fitness center, banquet space, and food & beverage facilities. Reporting to a board of six elected property owners and one developer appointed representative, He’s versed on governance routines and reporting, all aspects of financial management of a $16 Million budget, including reporting results and working with external auditors. He’s also involved with the Community Associations Institute (CAI), serving on the national Large Scale Managers Committee for six years. Bailey hosted a CAI national conference/workshop in 2016.

Responsibility for day-to-day operations of Daniel Island’s collective property owners’ associations. Responsibilities include management and upkeep of all common property on Daniel Island, including parks, swimming pools, boat ramps, bike trails and other amenities. Responsible for enforcing the rules and regulations put in place by the community’s Covenants, and serves as a communications link between island residents, businesses and the master developer. A member of the Daniel Island Company Executive Team, he was involved in all facets of the community development, including sales and marketing, development, and club operations. During this time, Daniel Island was awarded the prestigious Urban Land Institute Award of Excellence. Additionally, Bailey led community engagement efforts with the public and various regulatory entities such as city and county boards, commissions, and councils. He worked with attorneys, engineers, architects, and other consultants to shepherd various initiatives through the approval process. Bailey also served as Administrator of the Daniel Island Community Fund, a private 501 (c) 4 organization that is financially supported by a Community Enhancement Fee on all resale transactions on the island that supports community enhancement programs and philanthropic initiatives on Daniel Island and in the surrounding communities.
