My career in the Abatement Industry has been good to me..I have roughly 35 yrs of experience in the industry.. in residential, commercial, and industrial.. I started as insulator in 1983, and eventually started doing more asbestos removal in my career..I felt more comfortable doing removal then insulating. My experience come from the older Insulating companies like Calgary Insulation Services, Fuller Austin, Alberta Insulation Services.. I took to removal easily, working on big abatement project.. Alberta Natural Gas Plant, The heating plant at the University of Calgary, Catholic Schools, Public Schools, .Commercial building in the core of downtown Calgary. Various Gas plants in Alberta.. Shell, BP. .. must mention also the residential work in the city of Calgary.. I've worked along side various environmental companies such Golder Associates, Western Health n Safety, Alberta Safety n Environmental, Pinchin Harris Holland Associates Inc, Learning a lot from both the removal companies and the environmental companies.. I've also worked as a sub-contractor for companies like PCL. Ellis Don, K-lor, Hazco now known as Trevita, n various other construction companies.
