Jimmy Cole has 34 years of construction experience consisting of work in the Education, Healthcare, Government and Residential markets. His career has progressed through the construction management ranks of Field Engineer to Construction and Project Management. Mr. Cole is experienced in different project delivery methods including CM@Risk. He has provided successful leadership in both Preconstruction and Construction phases and enjoys mentoring staff while buildingprofessional relationships with all project stakeholders.His previous experience includes the role of Western Division Operations Manager in Phoenix, AZ and Operations Manager in Southern California for HC Beck. He was responsible for business planning, P & L forecasting, account management, pre-construction, contracts and risk management. He was a member of the executive committee for planning and operations of the company. Mr. Cole is a known mentor, manager and dedicated professional in the Construction industry.
