I have spent the last 15 plus years in the telecommunications field. Strong background in RF starting 25 years ago in the US Navy as a radar technician. I worked in the wireless internet field for about 3 years and that transferred into working for Ericsson as a field cell technician for Sprint for 7 years. I then entered the two-way radio field and worked for a Motorola radio repair and installation shop. I was at this shop for 6 years and then started employment in my current position as a senior field technician for Motorola Solutions. This position covers most communications in the public safety department, i.e. radios, consoles, 911 phone lines, infrastructure equipment as well as subscriber side equipment.
