I am currently leading and managing 47 Continuous Improvement projects at 5 plant locations, throughout the southern US. Projects totaled 53 million USD in benefit as well as 46.8 million USD in capital. Reported to the North American Director of Continuous Improvements. Work remotely 50% of the time and travel to each location 50%. Perform plant diagnostics and ideation sessions to generate a list of opportunities. Review and validate the benefits of each project as well as a way to measure the benefit and the progress. Create work plans and miles stones for each project manager to follow and schedule bi-weekly meetings to track progress. Work closely with the project engineering and capital team to develop a scope, work plan, ROI and capital papers to present to the North American Operations Manager. Train each site in Lean Sigma 6S and measure the benefit from the program. Implement and execute rate loss tracking for each site and develop a continuous improvement mind set.  Establish weekly meeting to evaluate areas of opportunity to increase uptime and reduce downtime. Partner with a multitude of people and departments at each location and gain their respect and trust.

I was the Director of Operations over two sites, one in Austin Tx and the other in Cleburne Tx. Skills include process development, procedure development, process improvements, safety improvements, team building, manage operation budgets, maintaining compliance of government regulations, decommissioning, crisis management, and project management.

Lead global safety at each of our sites within SACHEM (Austin, Cleburne, Japan, China, and the Netherlands). Directed team of 8 safety managers, process safety engineers, and administrators for all aspects of safety globally. Responsible for the health and safety of our associates globally as well as implementation of best safety practices of all of our sites. Directly reported to the Vice President of Supply Chain.

Worked as an integrations manager to transfer process knowledge from the US site to our Wuxi site. Skills include process development, procedure development, process improvements, safety improvements, team building, manage operation budgets, maintaining government regulations, and project management.

Oversaw the Cleburne plant. This included a staff of 40 associates, raw materials, truck loading/unloading, Tank Farm, reactors, rotary vacuum dryers, production rates, manufacturing of quaternary ammonium salt (for customers and for feeds), thin film evaporation production rates, Project management, joint venture blending process.

Training Supervisor, responsible for the development, curriculum, progression of training program. Responsible writing and maintaining procedures on all processes in operations. Reported directly to the production supervisor.

Shift Supervisor, responsible for the health and safety of my colleagues, production rates, customer satisfaction, safe operation and upkeep of production equipment, liaison between production and maintenance, and overall management of the shift.

Chemical Operator, Responsible for the health and safety of my fellow associates, following all health, safety, and production SOPs, directions from the shift supervisors on production priorities, and the safe operation and upkeep of production equipment.
