I'm in charge of all process improvements. I also manage between 35-45 smaller process improvement projects annually. Manufacturing Engineer - Technical Plan Author for three special processes. Responsible for processing of Broaching, Curvic grinding, Gear Shaping, ID and OD grinding, Shot Peen, Abrasive Flow, Wet Grit blast, Water Jet and Automated Deburr.

Responsibilities include, processing of components through ID and OD grinding, as well as Curvic Griinding, Splining and Gear Shaping, Broaching, Machine Rebuilds, Cutting Tool Inventory management and refurbishment. Design and build all grinding, shaping and broach tooling.

In charge of tooling and fixture design and inventory, daily processing within the broaching operation, machinery rebuild and aquisitions, resolve daily issues. Responsible for gear shaping operation and Creepfeed grinding of rough broach slots.
