• Acts as a liaison to mineral and surface owners, to efficiently and ethically drill on our current prospects in Pennsylvania, Montana, and Alabama. • Coordinate with and provides assistance to Drilling and Operations staff with any landowner questions/concerns.• Researches and documents leases, rights-of-way, joint ventures and other types of oil and gas agreements.• Analyze, interpret and prepare leases, ROW's, surface use, facilities, pipeline and water agreements, also performs other activities necessary to efficiently manage ECA leaseholds.• Research courthouse records and obtain access agreements, rights-of-way, and deeds.• Identify and locate surface and gas estate ownership. • Negotiate and acquire oil and gas leases and other oil and gas related contracts.• Identify potential site locations and conduct pre-construction investigation and planning activities with Facilities, Operations, and Drilling staff.• Work closely with surveying crews, permitting and drilling personnel for each pipeline and well site.• Evaluate, negotiate and pay damage claims.• Communicate all leasing updates, questions, concerns, and landowner issues with the appropriate ECA personnel.• Flag Pipeline ROW, and electrical lines along with staking and mapping well site in coordination with surveyors.
