Manage T&T scope for Bligh Bank OWF

• Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing • Witness/review all test results• Record potentially critical project information • Daily reporting • Creating comparison charts for electrical test results• Re-calculating test results, taking temperature, length and conductor material into account• Attending conferences and Telco's

• Assist contractor with the initial planning of install• Oversee all HV termination and testing• Witness and report on all IR, CR, OTDR, VLF and PD testing. Review all test results • Design and implement a compressive reporting package for Vattenfall

• Responsible for execution of project.• Compile electrical package to handover to Client.• AP for HV switching• Planning and organizing of termination, FO, testing operations and vessel movements within the field.• Produce and amend termination and testing procedures and method statements.• Conduct on-site competence evaluations of VLF testing engineers.• Conduct VLF, TDR, CR & IR tests in the absence of the sub contractor.• Produce client documents inc. test date records, photographic reports and final assets QC checks• Communicate & carry out and advise on fault finding and problem solving on assets and cables• Responsible for the coordination of the pull-in, testing and termination• Ensure compliance with relevant project procedures

• QA on all WTG and electrical install.• Monitors infield activities.• Record contractors down time.• AP for HV switching• Conducting TP/Tower handovers.• Conduct Damage reports.• Producing DPR's.• Witnessing all electrical testing IR, VLF, ODTR.• Attending and give client input on all contractors meetings.• Review contractors procedure documents and stay unto date with alterations. • Ensure that all relevant approved procedures and risk assessments are followed by the contractor • Ensure the Contractor proactively manages safety and quality

Electrical commissioning and QS of the Bard 1 Project covering 80 x 5MW WTGs, Duties involve commissioning (pre and post energisation) on the WTGs. Equipment includes 33KV switchgear/transformer, HVAC, cooling system (fresh and sea water), fire alarm, cathodic protection, UPS (400 and 230 Vac), LV and communication. I am Also conducting 500hr servicing, HV connections and retro fits. • Accumulation and redistribution of critical documents • Liaising with sub contractors and Senior Management • Monitoring Health and Safety procedures • Management planning and progress. • Coordinating vessel reports and weather data collection.• Monitoring Health and Safety procedures

• Inspecting both LV & HV prior to client handover.• Checking Array cable bending radius as well as inspecting cable routing.• Checking circuits met disconnection time and short circuit capacity of over load protection.• Phase ID testing, full periodic test and general snagging of technicians work. • Teams installing HV & LV, Earthing, and 690v circuits• Supervising and installing both HV and LV, on the substation and wind turbines• Inspection and Testing LV• Installing containment for both LV and HV• All earthing works• Phase ID tested on HV cables• Installing T boots cabinets • Stripping HV cables• Routing HV cables• H frame installation to accommodate array / collector cables
