I have been a CNC programmer and tech since 2014 with Pace Industries out of Harrison, Ark. I have received a certificate in Manufacturing Technology's from North Arkansas College. I have also received a certificate from Nachi to program robots. I started machining simple aluminum castings, then in 2018 I started machining automotive parts mainly clutch housing and transmission housings ,with the clutch housing we automated the lines. I was responsible for keeping them running , keeping parts in spec, trouble shooting, programming. I also helped establish tool life and test new tooling ,I helped make new tool paths for revision changes to parts. I have knowledge of programming okuma 5 axis horizontal mills with pallet changers, 3,4, and 5 axis haas mills, haas lathes, takisawa lathes with and with out a gantry system, okuma lathes with and without gantry system, Brother 3 and 5 axis mill with and without pallet changer. I also helped with optimizing CNC programs to help reduce cycle time.
