To this end, I have trained over 4000 young people and 60% have transitioned into thriving online workers.As a devoted youth development practitioner, I am on a mission to ignite the potential of each individual. Through the avenues of technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship, I empower the leaders of tomorrow. I possess a knack for turning challenges into opportunities, celebrating every stride toward individual and community success through workshops, training programs, innovation challenges, and facilitating access to grants and loans via government affirmative action funds and collaborative stakeholders. More than 200 groups and individuals have secured loans or grants to start their businesses since 2022.In my capacity as an impactpreneur, I champion the mantra of profit with a purpose. We have planted an average of 10,000 mangrove propagules, collected over 20,000 tonnes of plastic waste, and created jobs for hundreds of youth over the last three years.Functioning as an Innovation catalyst I face youth unemployment head-on, sparking disruptive solutions like Wezesha and Likoni Innovation Workshop.
