This would include last mile into Clients infrastructure. • Implemented and managed all internal and external IT Systems on VIXNET’s Network. This would include Network Monitoring via Monitoring Centre internal support on all IT platforms. Network layout and IP allocations, VPNS design, Wireless design, Helpdesk implementation, Training, Induction training procurement of hardware and software. This would include SLA agreements been signed by our customers.• Designed, Managed and implemented all IT services into customers IT infrastructure using Vixnet’s technology for the handling and processing of signals. These IT services would include Network integration, database and application implementation and support.
