  Team Leader Specialty Weld and Slide-outI have worked for Lippert Componants for 7 years. (2011-2018). In the last 2 years I have been in leadership role. I am leading a team of 53 great welders and assemblers. I was offered and accepted the Assistance Plant Manager responsibilities. One of biggest task was to develope good team leaders and line leaders that will follow and lead our company core values and understand how important it is to meet customer demands. Several of my achievement as an A.P.M were: developed line leaders that now moved on to greater at opportunities. Lead the team to lean the Ramp Frame department by moving all raw materials inside and closer to the line. In the past, all raw materials were kept outside where materials would rust. Doing this move saved the company money.
