1. Perform monthly corporate and student debtor’s reconciliation in the financial system and academic management system;2. Update and maintain tariffs and fee structure schedules in the academic management system and liaise with faculty/program managers to ensure timely academic management system registration, formalization, and invoicing;3. Raise invoices for corporate customers.4. Debt management: Assist programme managers and administrators to follow up on debt by availing trade receivables ageing analysis on weekly basis and holding meetings to review student payments.5. Prepare complete and accurate monthly revenue journals to recognize in the financial system deferred income to the specific months in the semester;6. Generate debtors aging analysis and audit schedules for all students and corporate debtors and prepare the revenue and deferred income audit schedules on monthly basis7. Follow up with faculty administrators to ensure that random checks have been done and that fees have been paid as per the university policy and prepare a report on the same;8. Act as a financial advisor to the business school by preparing the weekly debtors report, and the expected cashflow report.
