• Leads the Ops Team, including General Managers, Director of Supply Chain and Director of Warehouse Operations through coaching and developing them in the attainment of organizational and professional development goals.• Analyzes growth of operating company against facility size to maintain proper storage, receiving,and shipping capabilities for present and future business.• Work with Operations team to improve pick, pack, and ship process efficiencies for on timedeliveries to customers.• Leads efficiency, cost reduction measures and assists with change and ERP implementation.Identifies problems and proposes solutions.• Establish organizational policies, practices and procedures that promote a culture focused on high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.• Set the strategy and oversee the supply chain planning for Game One. Including delivering an open to buy and demand plan prior to booking product.• Drive innovation across our supply chain logic to optimize working capital.• In partnership with marketing, set team store and e-commerce strategy in a manner that growsrevenue and creates synergies with sales, marketing and operations.• Improve processes across teams (both direct and indirect) to drive efficiency and facilitate scale.• Own GO supply chain and purchasing algorithms to optimize purchasing levels to specific turnrate and in-stock targets across the organization and its’ businesses.• Lead vendor relations and create margin/revenue growth opportunities through strategicpartnerships in conjunction with marketing.• Manage and own proprietary branding/private label.• Develop and maintain relationships for material procurement with manufacturers, distributors,and retailers.• Work closely with Sales and Operations leaders to support in meeting and exceeding sales goalsand driving revenue.• Work closely with Finance leaders to support in meeting and exceeding financial goals.
