✅ HOW IT BEGAN:During my time serving in the United States Marine Corp, I worked as a part-time security host with China Beach, a restaurant/nightclub. I worked my way up the ladder as a bartender, bar back, server, and cook. Two years later, I moved into management. As the General Manager, I opened my first store, an ultra-lounge/sushi concept from the ground up. After a couple of years, I moved into the corporate world with Jillian’s Entertainment where I became a Regional Training Manager and was instrumental in overhauling a struggling nightclub in Louisville, taking that unit from $600/week to over $20,000 within a month! My career advanced with Headliners Entertainment as a Multi-Venue General Manager then as a Director of Operations with Entertainment Consulting International where I led up to 26 stores with a $50M P&L ✅ WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT:🔸My Military Experience – The military taught me how to be reliable, consistent, and meticulous about planning. I had to think on my feet every day. At a moment’s notice, everything can change, and a new challenge presents itself.
