conducted daily/ routine checks on all running equipment by checking bearing condition,oil level in casings coupling condition for vibration. Take sounding of all tanks, portable and diesel tanks.Filled permit to work, risk assessment and hazard management plans and submitted before carrying out task. Conducted 1 month/ 250 hrs pm on Waukesha gas compressor engine and compressor. checked for abnormal sound and also check pressure and temperature. Replaced valve where required. Troubleshooting on gas engine. carried out compression test and replaced all spark plugs and coil where necessary. Carried out Daily, and monthly checks on hydraulic system pedestal crane. checked condition of hydraulic hoses blocks, limit switches and blocks. Greased rotating parts. carried out maintenance on compressor monthly. replaced drive belts,changed oil tightened foundation bolts. replaced oil/water separator filters. performmed alignment procedure when required. Conducted weekly program on Charles Deree diesel generator
