I got my masters degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Chalmers in 2022 where, during my first three years, I studied at the Architecture & Technology program where pure architectural courses are interspersed with courses in calculus, mechanics and structure. After my bachelor's degree, I chose to take a break from my studies for one year to take an internship at Liljewall in Gothenburg.During my internship I mainly worked in the studio for interior design, office and industrial premises which gave me experience in BIM modeling, project planning, facade design, visualization and digital analysis tools.My first and also most exciting project was to construct as-built documents at Anstalten Borås based on outdated, hand-drawn documents. This was done through site visits to the institution together with my colleague, where my accuracy came in handy when precise measurements and notes on the existing building were to be made. After the measurements, I was tasked with building a BIM model in ArchiCAD of the entire complex, which I could then use to extract the relevant drawings.Another instructive project I had the opportunity to be involved in is the remodeling of Gokartcentralen's premises in Gullbergsvass. When the part of the building where the business was located in was to be demolished, we were commissioned to design both the new facade and the premises.
