• Developed highly customized test programs for Gigabit Ethernet, HD Media, and WLAN communication chips. Tested every block of each of these chips, which include SERDES(PCIE, SGMII, QSGMII) up to 6.125Gbps, ADC’s, DAC’s, RF WLAN, JTAG, I2C, MDIO, and power management. Verigy 93000 and Teradyne UltraFlex test platforms served as our vehicles to develop test programs, using proprietary tester software based in C++ and Visual Basic. (Note -- then the system was called the Verigy 93000, while it is now called the Advantest 93k. It has also been referred to as Agilent 93000 and HP 93000.)• Created test methodology libraries for re-usability among many chips, which was integral to the productivity of the test engineering department. While each chip needed a custom test program, code libraries were used to test interfaces that did not change between chips.

• Participated in strategic sales -- which included research of potential clients, planned pursing strategies and delivered pre and post sales presentations.• Managing our customer accounts was of paramount importance to our success. Account management included overseeing technical projects, executing technical tasks within those projects, managing proper expectations, coordinating several parties towards a common goal, meeting deadlines for our customers, and excellent communication.• Educating customers was one our highest priorities. As first line of customer facing engineering support, weeklong classes were taught, and teaching customer engineers directly on the tester was a daily occurrence. Weeklong classes taught include Introduction to Test on the Agilent 93000 parts 1 (digital) and 2 (analog), BIST Assist Parametric Loopback testing, and HP2500 High Speed Card SERDES test methodology.
