President | Owner & Corporate Executive with decades of experience in a manufacturing environment, including fundamental knowledge of GD&T, conventional & CNC programming and machining and CAD | CAM systems.Later in my career I segued into administrative roles; Procurement, Quoting, Operations, HR, Business Development, Sales, Marketing and PR.Concurrently and for eight years, I was the co-host of the manufacturing podcast MakingChips. Now the founder and sole host of an introspective manufacturing podcast my TRUE POSITION.Most recently I have been doing formal speaking engagements including but not limited to LIVE podcast stage shows. My sessions bring the same candor, dynamics, professionalism and entertainment value that is targeted to manufacturing professionals.My current focus is to evolve my manufacturing company by implementing a solid culture including the implementation and execution of Core Values and leave a legacy for the third generation.
