• Reconciling daily revenue and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded• Preparing income reports on daily basis • Verifying price rate for all hotel rooms • Compliance with a hotel procedure for all paid outs and refunds. • Validating revenues between Micros and OPERA software/No discrepancy• Performingthe night audit process • Conducting and sharing daily income audit reports to management and other stakeholders

• Taking reservations, Check-in / Check-out including transportation as per hotel procedures and Lebanese General Security regulations. • Auditing all rooms rates and charges• Maintaining System Backup• Performing Night Audit procedure• Preparing all necessary reports for all departments

• Filling in the required information for the citizens’ ID• Coordinating with the mayors regarding proper governmental documentation • Reviewing and maintaining the Civil Register of Batroun sent by the Ministry of Interior• Supporting citizens to apply for national ID
