This is a multi release project and we’re currently in Release 2. Responsible for gathering of Requirements and Design phase with WM, the configuration of 2 warehouse (Manufacturing and Distribution facilities) with RF Support including SAPConsole. Responsible for gathering End User requirements, configuring and interfacing with other modules, demonstrating to client that system meets requirements, writing of Unit and End to End test scripts. Also writing documentation for configuration, and training documentation and some End User training. Writing specs for forms / labels, custom IM / WM Transaction that perform Plant to Plant or SLoc to SLoc Transactions, RF Transactions and custom warehouse reports. Working with programmer testing and documenting these custom Transactions. Also helping with the WM Inventory load using LSMW and requirements for the warehouse material master views and custom bin replenishment requirements.

Natures Way used Catalyst the Warehouse Management inventory management system. Catalyst also performed Goods Receipt, Goods Issue’s, Stock Status change and the other various activities normally performed in SAP. IDOC’s we’re then passed on to SAP to update the Inventory and Status. Also, since Catalyst performed most of the Transactions I have to train the Team to now process these activities in SAP.

I was responsible for preparing and conducting workshops to collect requirements for the warehousing and distribution of equipment. I owned the configuration of the warehouse, SAPConsole, and assistance in the RFQ process for selecting and purchasing the RF equipment.

Responsible for integrating the WM module with SAP 4.6 IM, PP, MM, WM, QM, PM, SD, FI/COAssigned responsibilities for 3 warehouses, 1 in California, Chicago and New York, 1 manufacturing and 2 Distribution Warehouses. Helped to develop 4 custom RF Transactions, 2 manual bin to bin, 1 for picking multiple Deliveries with custom sorts and PO Receipt and Putaway. Responsible for creating all test data for system validation.
