Founder of Gildart Construction in 2006 with over 40 years in the Commercial Construction Industry. Currently an Owners Representative with JFW. Responsibilities over the years have included design build, construction management, project management, client/subcontractor negotiations, and management of all types of general contracts. Projects include office remodeling, metal building construction, residential custom homes, schools, car dealerships, restaurants, retail centers, hospital renovations, hotels, banks, multi-story office buildings, industrial remodeling, assisted living and oil field testing laboratory facilities.
