About Jimmy Kwon
Studying the complex system of human health that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit — a holistic view that is largely neglected in the modern medical system.For the past decade, I've worked in tech focused on product, design, and brand — but I've always had a second life in the health space, living with daily chronic pain and a myriad of health issues. My health journey to-date involved more than 300 doctors and health practitioners around the world at some of the best hospitals and clinics, including Stanford, Penn, UCSF and more. I was diagnosed with New Daily Persistent Headache (NDPH), Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS), Fibromyalgia, along with symptoms of other autoimmune diseases. No medicine, doctor, or protocol worked in the long run. After 10 years of battling chronic pain, I am finally beginning to find clues and heal. Most of my time is currently spent on recovery day to day, but I spend my spare time researching and learning how the modern day lifestyle is making people sicker than ever, and what we can do to regain our health and to live a proper life.
