Valuation and economic consulting is more than theory, regulations and credentials; it is about achieving client objectives in an honest and effective manner.As a Vice President at Caliber Advisors, Jimmy provides the following services to his clients:-Perform valuations of tangible and intangible assets and liabilities for financial reporting, tax, litigation, and advisory purposes-Perform impairment testing of goodwill and indefinite and finite-lived intangible assets-Gather and analyze financial data of publicly-traded and closely-held companies-Manage and perform analysis of economic and industry research-Manage, train, and develop Interns and Associates-Works closely with Managing Director on client management and business development-Draft proposals and engagement letters to clients-Prepare and manage client deliverables-Assists clients in solving business and transaction issues-Assists clients in identifying, measuring, and articulating asset values-Assist clients in presenting valuation analyses for financial reporting, tax, litigation, and other purposes
