As an experienced leader and project manager in business development and transformation, I have had the opportunity to work in senior positions and run successful projects. My skills as an economist and former doctoral student in entrepreneurship have given me a broad understanding of business operations and the opportunities for growth.Previously was responsible for all of Almi Företagspartner's business advice to established companies. Now I am responsible for partnership and collaboration at Connect West. I have also had the privilege of being a project manager for several policy initiatives through the ministries, such as projects linked to diversity in business, board composition, private healthcare with public funding and export promotion measures. These experiences have given me a comprehensive understanding of societal challenges and business opportunities on a national level.By building up strong networks in Stockholm and Gothenburg, I have established cooperation with the leading actors within ministries, organizations and companies. This has given me the opportunity to understand different industries and contexts and translate that knowledge into successful projects and business results.I enjoy introducing myself to new industries and challenges, and seeing these as part of a larger context. It is by taking an overall strategic view of the situation that I have been successful in identifying opportunities for growth and development.
