Commander of an infantry troop responsible for conducting reconnaissance, security, and surveillance operations in order to support the brigade commander’s critical information requirements.

Principle duties include the key areas of tactical employment, training,administration, personnel management, maintenance, force protection, and sustainment of my company.

Led an infantry platoon deployed to the Middle East, responsible for the readiness, sustainment and well-being of 60 Soldiers. I oversaw security of several strategic defense systems critical to the security of the region, provided a highly trained Quick Reaction Force to address any threats and executed an aggressive training plan to ensure Soldiers maintained a high state of readiness. • Commended for serving as the tactical ground commander for the first joint-exercise ever conducted between the US and Qatar, which including briefing senior officers from both armies• Served as a liaison with adjacent US units as well as the Qatari Army• Established entry control point procedures and revised the Tactical Standard Operating Procedures for a secure remote site ensuring a high level of physical security and improved force proficiency• Appointed to serve as a Foreign Military Intelligence Collection Activities point of contact

I compiled data in order to conduct research and analysis to identify crime patterns and trends, while also using analytical software to develop statistical mapping models and conduct predictive crime analysis. I use these findings to forecast criminal activity, identify information/intelligence gaps and collection requirements that aid in the efficient deployment of resources. I also create in-depth informational, threat and intelligence products containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for both internal and external agencies.• Created a CALEA-compliant Crime Analysis Section for the agency from the ground up• Implements the Data-Driven Approaches to Crime and Traffic Safety (DDACTS) grant for Monmouth County, a joint DOT/DOJ initiative that identifies correlations between areas of high amounts and crime and crashes; makes resource deployment recommendations based on findings• Point of Contact for the New Jersey Judiciary Security Management Response Team (JSMART/SAMS)• Liaison with the Monmouth-Ocean County Intelligence Bureau, Monmouth County Field Intelligence Officer (FIO) program and the Monmouth County Law Enforcement Coordinators (violent crime working group)

Intelligence Research Analyst: July 2009 - May 2014Assisted Deputy Project Managers on a number of Federal and state homeland security projects, also worked as a junior analyst in a US Department of Homeland Security regional intelligence center.
