Training services have been delivered for giants such as The Coca-Cola Company, BellSouth, Snapper, and others to public sector organizations like the GA Department of Corrections, Army National Guard, United States Army Reserve, Air National Guard, U.S. Army, and Coast Guard. In 2013, working in partnership with the Harvard Graduate School of Education Making Caring Common project and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, we began publishing HEAR - Helping Everyone Achieve Respect. This workshop for high school students focuses on replacing bullying and inappropriate behavior with respectful behavior. All 50 states have begun utilizing the presentation. www.project-hear.us. In addition, more than 6 million students have completed Career Direction, a guidance program we publish for high school students. In 2015, we launched operations in half the state of Florida working on dropout prevention (About Face) and adult training and workforce reentry (Forward March). Training sites are located in Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Quincy, Belle Glade, West Palm Beach, and Miami. Also in 2015, we began conducting Leadership and Diversity training for AmeriCorps at their five training campuses in Baltimore, MD; Vinton, IA; Vicksburg, MS; Denver, CO; and Sacramento, CA.More than 300,000 leaders in the Army National Guard and Army Reserve have completed various courses we have created and delivered nationwide.Specialties: Recruiting, retention, attrition management. Director (Pro Bono)Congo Leadership Initiative Aug 2020 - PresentOrchard Park, Ny; Atlanta, Ga; Kananga, DrcCongo Hope, an outreach of Congo Leadership Initiative, comes alongside local people - making their problems our problems - and partnering to help implement their solutions. Our projects have included: women's empowerment programs training in sewing and rehabilitating victims of rape, water filtration installation projects, assistance to hospitals, Bible distribution, scholarship assistance, support of orphanages, support of infant nutrition programs. Much of our work is in partnership with Presbyterian missionaries in central Congo and the Congo Presbyterian Church.
